Our Company after its inception and beginning years diversified its productions with the aid of self sufficient tool room. O.ur well established tool room is endowed with various types of conventional machines and special purpose machines like -Lathes, Milling Machines, Shapers, Surface Grinder, etc.
We specialize in manufacturing of precision jobs, moulds and dies for a variety of engineering components, jigs and fixtures, pressure die-casting dies, batch production of components etc. This has enabled us to become one of the leading manufacturers of Press Tools, Moulds, Jigs, Fixtures, Gauges etc.
Later, the production capacity was enhanced by adding extra power presses with capacity ranging upto 50 tons. Tool room facilities were also enhanced during the same period by adding Wire Cut, Spark Erosion EDM, and spot Welding Machines. All these facilities were enhanced in order to meet the increasing demand and uninterrupted supplies to our customers.
Apart from the strong infrastructure, our team of engineering experts and highly skilled labor ensures quality and on time delivery. We are constantly experimenting with new ideas and keep upgrading our knowledge and skills to have an edge over our competitors.
FUTURE ENDEAOURS
To keep pace with the modern times and the fast changing technology, our company has embarked on an ambitious expansion cum modernization plan. We also plan to increase our capacity of power presses upto 200 tonnes and will equip it with a vertical machining center.
